Acrylics, metallic paint pens and nail polish on vinyl. The Carolina Wren babies on mommas back porch always looked unamused and a bit grumpy. They left the nest so soon, every spring I would shake my head and repeat "sure seems like they grew up fast", with the same level of astonishment and dash of regret that we often hear from our folks and grandparents. I hate to let this one go, just seems too soon....😉
